Create and manage a team
Invite sailors and work with the correct athlete’s activities and setup.
iOS, Android and web · Coach workspace; paid capabilities require Coach access
Where to start
Main menu → Teams.
Create the team
Choose Create team, enter a name and select Create Team.
Invite sailors
Open the team → Invite Members. Find each sailor and send an invitation. Pending Invites remain pending until accepted in the sailor’s My Teams view.
Select the athlete
Check the sailor selector before uploading or managing boats, equipment and trim. Upload recordings against that sailor’s boat.
Manage membership
Use Edit Team for its name and the member actions to remove someone or leave where permitted. Review the confirmation before changing membership.
Coach access
The Coach role, paid Coach access and accepted team membership are separate. If a sailor is missing, check the invitation first; if a paid control is unavailable, check Subscription.
Prepare a team debrief
Open a reference activity, choose a useful interval and add eligible teammates through Compare. Upload cloud video before moving to the device you will use for the debrief.
