Where to start
Profile → Subscription.
Check your plan
Read the current access. Eligible new subscriptions offer a 7-day trial; check the offer and billing terms shown before confirming.
Restore missing access
Use Restore purchases for an app-store purchase where offered, or Refresh subscription. Confirm you are signed in to the Vantage account associated with the purchase.
Manage billing
Use the subscription management action. If unavailable, use the management link in your billing email or the store that handled the subscription.
Choosing a plan
Pro adds all video features, comparison, deeper analysis, segments and equipment/trim workflows. Coach includes Pro and the paid coaching workspace. Both plans include 100 GB of cloud video storage. Starter does not include video uploads or video features. See the current plan comparison below.
Still missing access?
Check the account and purchase source before subscribing again. Keep the receipt for support; never send a password.
